Main responsibilities:
- Contract Management & Commercial Law
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners ensuring legal and financial protection.
- Provide legal support in service agreements and licensing contracts.
- Corporate Governance & Risk Management

Requirements
- Legal Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate, maritime or commercial law

- Experience in handling disputes, litigation and liaising with regulatory bodies
